“Luisne” at the Water’s Edge Studio

"Luisne" - the ancient monks who inhabited Ireland and set up many seats of learning referred to the first crack of light in the dawn sky as "Luisne". Their belief was that at this moment of light, the earth learned. In keeping with this belief, we at Second Sight Training have chosen "Luisne" as the name of our training facility at The Water's Edge, Knockvicar in Co. Roscommon, in the beautiful North West of Ireland, just a 3 minute drive from lovely Lough Key.

We are very proud of this special learning environment which offers an intimate setting overlooking the Boyle River before it meets the mighty River Shannon. Here, our participants are surrounded by mountains, forests and open space - a wonderful environment for learning.

Our Studio is made up of two distinct areas -

1. Our conference and training room equipped with the best of training technology and visual aids for those clients who prefer a more formal learning environment.
